All services have returned to normal. The scope of impact was much smaller than initially suspected, and only a small percentage of callers from a specific originating carrier experienced the observed difficulties.

We have identified an issue on our platform that is resulting in some new calls intermittently failing to hear audio. We are actively investigating the issue and intend to have a resolution shortly. Meanwhile, joining calls by internet is not impacted and can be used as an alternate means of connecting.
